Cancellation Policy
Terms and Conditions for Digital Products, Sessions, Programs, and Events: Please be aware that all bookings, subscriptions, and events, as well as any digital products, come with a no-refund policy and are non-transferable. If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so within 48 hours; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. Failure to comply with the strategist's plans, not following instructions, or not completing assignments/challenges may result in service termination without a refund or credit. Strategic consulting is tailored to each client's individual values and goals, and it necessitates full participation in addressing the challenges of the lifestyle of having a child with special needs.
