Encouraging you to identify and express your emotions in a healthy way. Helping you develop coping strategies to manage difficult situations and emotions. Providing you with practical tools and techniques to improve your mental health and wellbeing. Working collaboratively with you to set goals and develop a plan for achieving them. Supporting you as you navigate life transitions and challenges. Helping you to build resilience and develop a positive outlook on life. *Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive an email containing instructions on how to book.*

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so within 48 hours; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. Failure to comply with the strategist's plans, not following instructions, or not completing assignments/challenges may result in service termination without a refund or credit. Strategic consulting is tailored to each client's individual values and goals, and it necessitates full participation in addressing the challenges of the lifestyle of having a child with special needs.
