    If you need to cancel or reschedule a booking, please do so within 48 hours; otherwise, the session will be forfeited. Failure to comply with the strategist's plans, not following instructions, or not completing assignments/challenges may result in service termination without a refund or credit.

    Strategic consulting is tailored to each client's individual values and goals, and it necessitates full participation in addressing the challenges of the lifestyle of having a child with special needs.

    Our strategy session service is a professional, non-judgmental partnership between the client and the strategist. We prioritize confidentiality, except in cases where the client poses a risk to themselves or others. We keep all client records secure and accessible only to clients when necessary. Additionally, our services adhere to the ethical standards set by the

     “International Coach Federation.”

    In the event, that a client presents medical issues outside the realm of professional strategy consulting services, we will assist them in finding an appropriate medical referral.
